Whats your biggest `cock up` with vaping equipment ??

Hi All.

Being a `short sighted` old git, today I decided to put some slots in the "Dream" inner chamber (Chimney).

I unfortunately put the slots not lining up with the juice channels, when tightened down.

I`m sure I have buggered it.

Hope I can buy a replacement inner chamber from Charlie.

What`s your `cock up` (clean replies only please).

I hadn't been vaping very long, and only bought my first full Nova a couple of days prior to this "incident". I had filled up with juice then retired to the sofa to watch some TV, but must have got some down the tube as it was gurgling a bit. Nipped out to the kitchen for some tissue to do a blow through, as I had seen on a tutorial, un-screwing as I was walking along......hmm whats all the wetness running down my leg ?

No I hadn't got over excited, I had left the bottom cap attached to my device and was emptying juice all down my leg and over the floor. Luckily the Mrs was on a late shift and was impressed when she got in that I had washed the kitchen floor that evening.

Ive had many too

Most angry: cross threading my GGTS and UFS at the same time.
Most painful: Sitting on my GD 5V box and the carto burning a now permanent scar into my perfect firm behind.
most annoying: pulling a clero sleeve (the first ever ones) straight off a ego battery and covering my uni lab sketches in 36mg juice.
