It depends, give clues to what type of wick you want to put on what device?

Sorry guys that should have been 2mm or 3mm and would like to try and rewick a kanger evod and a Kanger T3 cc. If possible have the option to rewick at 1.8 and 2.0 ohms.

I have only had my evods for a few days. I rewicked one the next day with 3mm wick and 5 turns of 0.20 kanthal which made a 1.6ohm coil. Go with 6 turns and you should get around the 2.0ohms mark.
I did put a small piece of wick on top of the coil like the original but removed it today and the difference in flavour and throat hit is huge.

On the t3 I use 3mm for the wick and 5/6 turns of .15 kanthal close together or they wont fit in the head, And a 3mm wick on the top of that to stop it gurgling and leaking. Seems to work for me.

Thanks for that guys, will add that to my shopping list, Here is a tip for any t3 user: I recently got a tip from another Sol Fuego user… There is a rubber insulator on the top of the coil and just above the wick. If you pull that rubber insulator up, flip it backwards and place it back down on top of the coil, I have noticed though if you chain vape trying to get that dry taste, it starts to appear very mildly. Also, once you do flip this rubber insulator and screw your coil back in, the first few vapes will be a bit gurgley. I think flipping that insulator allows more e-liquid to get into those holes where the wick sticks out. Obviously this rubber piece is covering that area a bit too much.

I didn't like the T3 at all, thought it was carp. The evod however is brilliant, better than the vivi nova which I loved but the evods blow novas out of the water, they also eat T3's for breakfast lol.

glad you're liking your evods Si a 22mm evod would be great..exactly the same guts, same height, just 22mm diameter for more juice.. and maybe a 510 drip tip fitting instead of fixed. would prefer that to the protank actually..

Oh, so if I yank out that top bit of wick I might actually get a decent hit out of the thing? I'm still terribly disappointed by my Evod, I cleaned it at the weekend, and replaced the top bit of wick with a bit of cotton wool (like I do with most clearos to stop leakiness) and it's still rubbish. Does it not leak without the top wick?
