I have contacted them twice but as yet no reply,i ordered amber leaf as usual but it tastes nothing like it,it tastes of chemical mint chocolate and is a different colour.I always have a little taste before leaving it and it was vile.Does anyone know if they are away as i am awaiting a reply.

I was going to suggest ringing them as well, James is pretty good at taking calls and does pride himself on having satisfied customers so I'm sure he'll sort your issues out for you Dowden.

My last lot of Cappuccino from them was totally different taste to my first lot. A bit disappointed and I will not be buying this again. The first lot was sweet and smooth. The second lot is bitter and harsh and no amount of steeping (since the 4th of Jan) has changed it.

Yorkshireman it's James, not Jason than runs Paradise Vapes I placed an order with them Thursday night (for a couple of their blister pack kits & a multi coloured battery) order arrived this morning. When did you first contact them? Don't forget it is a bank holiday weekend so James might be having some time off.

No e-juice is worth steeping for 5 months before it is vapeable. some are, one of my faves I bought 30ml bottle of didn't taste all that after a normal ammount of steeping time, put it back in the drawer and it stayed there for month's, when i tried it again the colour had changed to a dark brown and the smell, oh the smell, was awesome, vaping par exellance Was Arctic Honey, waiting for it to come up on a special lol

not been here for a while i try my best to deal with any issues that anybody has for a week or so there was a problem with the phone lines but i cannot defend the lack of reponce via e-mail
any trouble or problems i truly apologize for please make me aware of any issues and i will sort them out
