You need to upload the pic to Photobucket and then insert a link to it here Cas

Cas, how big is the other Proboard? All proboards are now limited to how many pics can be uploaded via attachment - unless extra storage space is paid for every month It's actually far less hassle when you use a host like Photobucket as the pic posts at a good size & folks don't need to click on the attachment to view it

Not sure what you mean when you say how big is the other pro board If you mean members ... awful small compared to here Its way more hassle if I have to use a differant hosting site. Way easier just adding tjem as they are with other site. Its fine if that is not an option just wondering why it wasnt

"awful small compared to here" is most likely the reason they haven't run out of attachment storage All Proboards are now only allowed 200mB attachment storage before paying extra every month

I always use Photobucket on forums and have done for many years. allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/post/91021

Does it have to be photobucket? I don't like Photobucket very much. I have tried using flicker and that didn't work (although I may be doing it wrong) I hadn't realised there was a cost involved if we had the option to upload from the computer so I can see now why having the photo hosted elsewhere is good for you, but an alternative to Photobucket would be good.

You can use Flicker Ash . . . are you using the right code? Photobucket have also upgraded since maybe you last used it, it really is quite straightforward to upload your pictures on to it, then just copy and paste the IMG code onto your forum post.

Lets try this then and see if I have it right this time. www.flickr.com/photos/59939933@N08/8503692308/Nope just the url and that was using the share button in Flicker more research is needed I will try again tonight time to go to the workshop. 1 more quick go

I don't use Flicker Ash . . . but I believe you need to use the IMG BBcode for the actual picture to appear in your post. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Edit to say: Looks like you've had success!
