I'm watching,seems like the WHO want it regulated both under Tobacco and Medical !! He pulled out a lot of the old rubbish DEG etc.

J Mean is saying the UK does not know how they would regulate dosage in Ecigs if they became medicines.And the final paper from the MHRA will be published next month.

JF Etter, did a very good presentation and was quite pro-ecig. Most of the medical presentations basically said more studies needed.No-one could answer if the vapour had any bad in them but second hand vapour was brought up.

Seems today was mostly in favour of putting them under medical regs but that was guessed before the day started. They didn't seem to think that separate regs away from tobacco/meds would be the right thing to do , why make separate regs and treat them as if they were medicines but not called medicines seemed to be thought of quite a lot.
