This thread is making question whether to go for a vamo SID or just get a spinner. I use my twist far more than anything else. The only issue is not being able to see the numbers at the bottom. If the spinner is better for that I might just get one of those.

I prefer my Spinner to my Twist, it really does make a difference to be able to clearly see what you have set it at

Yep, I prefer the spinner to the twist, for the above reason & no glasses needed either.


Jen, well that will do! I have a purple & blue & will be getting the EVODs to match. But I think I need a pink spinner too!

Just to say, I use my Spinner(s) more than any other battery/device in my collection.
I am currently torn between evod and mini nova. Overall, I prefer the evod, but I carry a few around in my case and for hassle-free use the Nova wins.
Sometimes the evods get a bit naughty after having been lying horizontal in the case and in general, they often require a little attention, although not exactly major stress.

I'm considering trying some unicig (Riva) mini vivi novas from ukecigcabin. The replacement heads are 99p and sometimes I just don't have time to re-coil an old one.

If nobody comments on this thread, I might start one. I expect they are OK, as duff ones are really bad....and I can't see why a good vendor would sell rubbish ones. I bought a clone one from a vendor once which never vaped well at all from the first to the last puff. Then it got a short (presumably) and fried my first ever Riva battery. Kind of expensive, cheap clearo + riva battery. £20 down the drain to save a few quid.

Ay ideas guys, why my twist looks exactly the same as the spinner? Ie that the voltage is on the casing and not on the dial? Is this some sort of clone?
