The layout I can't see being too much of a problem but the logo may not be taken too well. I suspect that if ebay wanted to sue they would have a very strong case. The worst the judge would do is make them change the logo in my humble opinion of course.

Chrissie, it doesn't take much for a large company to file a lawsuit, here in the U.S.
A few years back, a high school girl, whose last name was McDonald, had a charity event, which she called McDonald's Charity Event. (logical, right ?) The McDonald corporation sued her for copyright infringement for using the McDonald name. (Idiots !!)

There was a big fuss, Chrissie, so they finally relented and she was able to use her name. There's a McDonald's near the Cruise Night that I go to sometimes. cruisinbruce.com/CarShowCalendar.htmlI go to the last one on the page. I usually take my electric bike. A lot of people ask me about it.

The first macdonalds to open in England was in Woolwich, London. I was born in Woolwich but had moved to Eltham (about 4 or 5 miles away). Me and about 10 of me mates went over on our FS1E's and had a cheeseburger the first weekend it opened.
Half of us thought it wouldn't catch on...........lol

I don't think I've ever eaten a MacDonald's. I remember going to the Wimpy Bar when they opened in Winchester and having a burger for the first time. It was quite an occasion scylla
