Ukecigcabin is one of the cheapest I've seen, stocks both the genuine vision ones and also a good cheaper alternative.

I don''t know about ecigcabins, but in general you need to beware cheap versions of the nova - some of them leak and/or whistle.
If you already have nova or mini novas then if you get a different version the heads won't necessarily fit (they might go in, but again may leak or whistle).
