Good all rounder and is what i use most: 0.25 Kanthal: www.vape-atomizer-mesh.com/products/kanthal-A1-heat-resistance-wire-025mm-10metre-2377.html

It's good for small places to work with, the thicker the coil the less room you have to work with.

For atty's that have a large space to work with then i use: 0.27 Kanthal: www.vape-atomizer-mesh.com/products/Kanthal-A1-Heat-Resistance-Wire---0.27mm--270-Micron-or-30-AWG----10---Metre-Spool-2558.html

Most of the time i just use the first one i linked.

some say .30 meaning mm

others say .30 meaning AWG

Thing is they are not the same thing

The ones saying .30 for AWG are wrong, they mean 30AWG. American Wire Gauge is whole numbers only, the higher the number the smaller the wire (opposite to when measuring in mm)
