I'm currently using .28 wire 8/9 wraps... I might just order some 0.3 this time, but my biggest question i regarding the type of wire... A1, D or any of the other? I use 0.30 A1 kanthal, I've also used Nichrome both are good for me

Is it me or is it confusing with mm & AWG......Thickness & Guage some say .30 meaning mm others say .30 meaning AWG Thing is they are not the same thing God I'm confused

The ones saying .30 for AWG are wrong, they mean 30AWG. American Wire Gauge is whole numbers only, the higher the number the smaller the wire (opposite to when measuring in mm)
