6 months smoke free woop The longer i seem to be vaping the less i use it each day. I used to chain vape on my breaks at work but now i have a couple of blasts and thats it. I used to take an ego shopping and sneak it around the shops, now i can go shopping leave the ego at home and just have a blast when i get back. could be anything from 2- 4 hours and it does not bother me. I do chain vape on an evening but i am using 0 nicotine. During the day i use 4mg and the odd time 10mg. Unsure if i should sell up or just stick to using 0 nic. Vaping has done what i wanted and got me off the stinkies, but not sure how much i will miss it. what do you guys think? Cheers ryan

Only one way to know for sure Plus it seems from your location that I can call round for your surplus stuff EDIT: After reading my post back it seemed to infer I was tapping your things before you even made a choice. As other's have pointed out, and I pointed out originally, just give it a go but keep your gear just in case. Nice to see somebody else in Huddersfield by the way.

Ryan if it were me I'd box it all up and put it in a cupboard and see how it goes. If you find you miss it terribly you don't want to start from scratch again

You don't need to sell up then regret it later. As said, box up and put away somewhere and go for it - you've still got your old kit for a backup.

I really enjoy making new juice too, will miss that more i recon haha.
I've got about 20ml brewing at the minute at 2mg so might Vape that and then just keep an ego and maybe get an Evod pick my favourite juice and just keep that and pack the vamo etc away.

Out of sight, out of mind in my opinion, while it is there to see you will reach for it. but, at the same time, you dont miss what you have till it's gone. I would pack it away and only go to it if the cravings bite, there will still be some element of will power needed if you still have nic occasionally but nowhere nearly as severe as going cold turkey from a 20 a day habit.
Give it a go, see how it goes, and keep us all updated!!

Think i'd still vape occasionally - with or without nic - cos i enjoy the kinaesthetic sensation of Vaping more than i did smoking Give it a go as folk say - if after a month or so (6 weeks+ is what is usually accepted as time required to change a habit permanently) then keep the basics and remove the rest Times of high stress hit all of us - i know i'd rather reach for a vape then a fag

I have been vaping zero nicotine for about a month now. I barely use it at all but panic if I ont have it with me or if the battery dies. I think I will wait until I dont use it at all. but I do think I will take it with me on nights out maybe for ever

Ryan I have been in your position buddy. I sold all my gear and at one verry low point threw a lavatube into the ocean in some over dramatic depression ridden omage to giving up the nic. I was clean for about a week and was straight back on the fags. I then convinced myself I needed tobacco again. All my gear was gone and i was smoking again for a good few months. Im not being negative to you, I have NO self control and am a little insane in the membrane, Im sure my condition has a name but referencing cypress hill makes me cool Box it up mate and keep it at a family members house if you think you will be tempted. Then if you cant do without or want to go back you dont end up at the bottom of the pile like I did. Good luck man. Regards Jez
