Think that could be the problem but am worried I am running out of ones to try lol.....might have to mix my own....that said am on royals at the moment which I am enjoying just need to up the strength maybe cheers tom You could try a new flavour a day for years, and still find new ones! Different flavours from different makes are very well .... different. If you have found a flavour you do like the taste of, then I would try a new atty before upping the nic too much

Using an e cigarette will not automatically make you not want a cigarette, a better set up will help but you still need will power and to actually give up the stinkies.

Ok, well you have done the right thing by using low resistance heads, I don't think your battery is a VV device? Look for mainly PG liquids as this will give you more throat hit. Try a "hot" based or strong flavour like menthol, cinnamon, or aniseed. Your nicotine is ok so no need to change that. Some clearomisers do strip out the flavour a bit. I would try a 1.8 ohm Evod, bags of flavour, loads of vapour and last ages with minimum maintenance or a Vivi Nova. Or for a cheap way of getting lots of flavour you could try getting a dripping atomiser. This is the kits that I am using at the mo www.vapeescape.co.uk/vape-escape-vision-1000-ultimate~397am interested in the atomiser set up but not sure how they work exactly, any pointers ? cheers tom That's a good kit but not really VV (being able to go over 4.2v is variable voltage). There is a guide to dripping, i'll attempt to find it.

Get a spinner or a twist battery and have a play, and I suspect you will be sorted

Well Tom when i started first time,i was not 100% sure it was going to work, smoking 1/2oz of rolling tobacco i would say a day but it was even that ,i think most of the prob you may be having is the craving still for fags basic even 24mg is not enough unless you chain vape it , a few will come on and mention to those who start craving the fags,up your nic for a bit and then reduce back ,so a suggestion would be to get a bottle of 36mg,this is what is started on, within 2 weeks was down to 24 then have stuck at 12mg for now ,yes i do occasionaly want a real one lol if it gets to bad i just now reach for the 15mg i have on standby, couple of puffs and thats that sorted, even with the 24mg i had a clearo full of 36mg for that emergency crisis moment
maybe a little up grade to a vivi nova ,most progress to that i did!! also the problem with flavors can be an expensive try out to find one you actually enjoy, for me well i was staunch virginia, then added bit of candy floss to it,then after a while i tried the Vanilla Custard, heard a lot about it, problem is a lot of us see all these flavours and think hmmm weird not right etc, till you give it a try ,the VC surprised me lol now have 100ml fermentng ready to vape...
As for home mix looks scary, think thats down to looking at word nicotine poison lethal etc scary,bu basic its like any medicine respect it and out way of children, i found liberty flights homepage mix calc the easiest, some will say different basic its what we get on with
Like most we all started somewhere and struggled a bit found this site it became informative,i started with a dse 510 cig look ,then a ego ce4,then read better power etc, so went ego twists, with viv novas ,then finaly progressed to the vamo[ will agree best buy if on budget] vmax etc and then i went on to rebuildables luckily that worked from the start, but i stuck to my budget and what i could afford and was willing to pay

As others have said, maybe get a vv or vw device.
Or up your nic levels, you can always lower them again.
I struggled to find the right combination to start with. After 3 weeks I ended up with 30mg Grizwalds Artic cherry and it worked wonders.
Don't beat yourself up about not quitting stinkies, every one you don't have is a success. Try to think positive.

Could it be the way you vape?
Try to take slower and longer drags on your ecig before splashing out on new kit.

Was advised early doors try different ways, and to be honest they all seem to work lol, think that I will try a really strong juice to see if that can finally break my cruse.....and maybe some new kit....we all need our toys cheers tom

Go for a spinner or a twist battery, even if you end up upgrading to one of the more expensive ones later, they are a great back up, and will let you experiment before committing too many funds

Don't put yourself under any pressure is as important as looking at kit alternatives/different eliquids to me Tom. Not everyone makes an overnight transition to ecigs, changing a life times habit takes a bit longer for some of us, it certainly did for me. If you make ciggies ' forbidden fruit ' then that's what they'll become . . . and as is human nature, you'll want one all the more. Take your time, do it at your own pace and focus on the cigs you don't smoke.

would suggest a Vamo, vv and vw ....... plus if you ver go rebuildable route or even just coils just for the resistance check alone makes it worth it,its cheaper if your prepared to wait for overseas order but on downside no immediate back up if its a one in umpteen doa

As even that confuses me when looking at kits....sorry cheers tom

As even that confuses me when looking at kits....sorry cheers tom The batteries you have are an Ego fitting Tom . . . in that they have two sets of threads, outer and inner. You can use both, depending upon what you want to use with your battery. A 510 fitting, has just one set of threads, the inner ones. If you did want to go into VV waters, I'd be very inclined to get a Spinner or a Twist, they aren't a million miles removed from what you are using . . . just with more functionality. And, they're an excellent introduction at a reasonable cost, into VV vaping.
