Should I be wearing gloves when mixing up eliquid?

I wonder because I never do!  

I generally don't get any on my hands or fingers but I suppose there is always the chance that it might happen. When it does I just go wash my hands again. 

But if I'm going to wear gloves, do I need to wear goggles, a white jacket and have a scientists chemical bubbling pot too?  I've got a Johnny Ball Science kit from Salter in my loft somewhere - I could get it out again! Does anyone else remember those science kits? They came with test tubes, loads of ph litmus paper, and a few samples of different chemicals - all with a great big cook book of chemical recipes you could make. Except the recipes were always utterly useless and never did anything exciting.

I'd always advise anyone to Rsb . . . whether they do or not is up to them.

Like anything that has the potential to be hazardous, it's down to responsible, sensible usage and handling.

I remember the kits used to make stink bombs with them , a long time ago though, gloves depend on your base nic strength , higher would need protection

I think your health and safety precautions are fine rsb123, Actually I have met and photographed Johnny Ball during his lectures, long ago, brill guy.
