Another vote for Xtar WP2. I alternate 18650s on the Vamo, so one is on charge at least 3 hours a day, and it's doing the job quietly and brilliantly these last 2 or 3 months.

I'm using the Nitecore i4 right now, it has my camera batteries in it at the mo. that's why I like it, 4 bays, charges all battery's not just li-ion and is widely regarded as safe. Also only about £25, I got mine from Torchy the battery boy.
I also have the Xtar wpII which has been great bar the fact it only has two slots.
