Yeah, but pixi, the idea is to take it out of the boxes and turn it into furniture As for the meatballs, I love them, especially that jam they give you with them. The trick is, to have 2 kiddies portions of 5 on plastic plates, as it works out about 1/2 the price of getting 10 on a china plate

Some people's (mostly men's) idea of shopping is - you want something, you go to a shop, pick it off the shelf, buy it, go home. Some people's (mostly women's) idea is that you go to a shop, see what is there, decide what you like, buy it, go home. Ikea is designed specifically for the second type. If you belong to the first type, take my advice, don't go there. Their stuff is good value, well designed, and easy to put together, but buying it will drive you mad. If your OH needs you to help carry/drive, wait in the cafe until she's finished. End of rant.

Ikea is less than 10 minutes drive from my house, people round here go there for breakfast lol.
It's great if you need cheap new furniture/bookshelves/glasses etc, but my daughter has a habit of needing the toilet at the furthest point from the toilets and we have to get the staff to rush us through all the hidden doors back to the toilets haha.

I end up getting irritated at his grumpy face and disinterested demeanour so I would be pleased if he buggared off till I needed a car loader
