Looks like my MVP is borked. It's just stopped working, lights are on but there's no one at home . . . will contact FT but I can't see it being worthwhile sending back. Shame, still fun while it lasted. try undoing the four torx screws at the top, pull the top up gently and you may find the negative wire has come away from the body. this happened to my original MVP and is now working fine after 3 months out of action. worth a try

I think the puff counter gave it a wobbly, or alternatively it may just have needed charging.

That is good news Perpetua, but if anyone does have one that just won,t fire with any clearo or tank attached? but the light will still come on. then have a look at the negative terminal. maybe a fault with these? but I do have version one, without the outer ego thread. so may have fixed that with version two.
cheers rick

Mine only at 840ish and never read the book So what happens when it hits 999? and more to the point how do you reset it ??? To reset , press button 3 times quickly to turn off then repeat to turn on, puff counter is now reset to zero attaching power lead does not reset counter Ahhh simple as that ..... never switched it off yet Just kept topping up the charge although it has never had a chance to even turn amber !!!!

use the 5 clicks to turn on/off feature before it gets to 999 and it resets to 0 Nice to know .... When it started to do that I would have thought it was on it's way out ???

Parcel arrived the other day with my MVP Had a bit of a panic when i saw the box though...looked like it had been kicked around a bit in their warehouse or something Bits of fecking hard plastic scattered all over my bed. Luckily MVP is undamaged ^_^ Anyways...Does anyone else had a charger connection that doesn't sit exactly flush to the MVP? Noticed it today and it just seemed a little bit odd...
