So got some 10mg pluid. Want to take it up to 18mg. I have 72mg nic base. I have just done a quick cal on ejuice me up and it looks like the difference between the two strengths is 1.11 ml of nic base. Am I thinking right here, or can you guys help and tell me how much I do need to add?

I make it 1.48 if you are adding to 10ml. I think you may be calculating the total mg as a percent of 10ml instead of a percentage of over 11 ml.
