Just an update, Received my Ekowool, very generous with their tape measure.

15% off the price along with buy 5 and only pay for 4.......though in my case, got 6 and only paid for 4

Ordered

2mt. 2mm and got 2.8mt.
3mt. 1.5mm got 2.2mt. a bit bobly every 9 or so inches where the weave it not quite right, but not a problem.
1mt 3mm got 1.4mt. but they did not have a price for the 3mm even though it let me add to my basket ??? so didn't expect to get it.

And a little card of wire, gratis, but not sure what sort or the size.

Overall a bargain compared to other sites selling Ekowool and I have probably got enough wick for the next year or more.

Well they replied to my email yesterday, blamed Paypal for not triggering their own website to progress the order...lame. They did manage to take the funds from my account however.

Apparently the order was manually processed, but I haven't any confirmation of that, and no delivery today either. Not overly impressed when companies have to put the fault elsewhere, accept you've cocked up and make good.
