I deal with major business customers on a daily basis, it quite simply makes you look inept when you have to resort to "pointing the finger". Get on with it, solve the issue, close the deal so the customer is happy. Anything less than that and they will be an ex-customer.

I placed an order on their Ebay site and their main website on the same day, the ebay order came 4 days ago yet still no sign of my bigger order from their main site

Mine was ordered on the 23rd and delivered today mixed bag 1mm 2mm 3mm and ended up with nearly 1 and threequarters of a metre extra but had to push twice with emails

I emailed them again yesterday as still no delivery, ordered on the 22nd.

Just got my 2nd order.....

Ordered 5 meters of 3mm Ekowool, received 10 meters
Ordered 10 meters of 0.2 Kanthal, received 15 meters

It was not a mistake as it's hand written on invoice to give extra

All for £12.00 including p+p
