Pernod and blackcurrant

Got my absinthe and blackcurrant concentrate yesterday to mix up a Pernod and black flavour.
I don't want to make the same mistake I did with the menthol. Bearing in mind I do like strong flavour what amount of absinthe would you suggest percentage wise? Or would I just add a couple of drops?

Also, I forgot to order more stevia after losing my bottle. Is there anywhere I can buy a temporary sweetener over the counter till I get some online?

1-2% for strong dominant flavours ... can always up later on...

all theoretical since I haven't mixed with absinthe and don't know what concentrate you have. I generally try to think twice when I go over 5% with certain concentrates.

You can always do the mix and top it up once it arrives

Hang on, didn't you recently get some stevia when you got your starter kit?? How sweet is your sweet tooth???

LOL not that sweet!! The bottle I got disappeared when MR Dolly cleared the furniture out of the lounge to decorate the other days. Swears blind he never touched but I know different

40p for a pint and a large shot in the student bar. 3 of those kept you buzzing for hours.

I can't drink Vodka anymore, when i too was around 18 and very drunk at the time i sprayed loads of Mr Sheen polish into the Vodka and drunk it...oh those were the days.

It might explain why i like things to be so clean

As for Guinness and Pernod I can't think of a worse mix of flavours. That is just revolting lol.

are you waiting for stevia from S America ? if so I have a tub of it you can have as I don't like it.
