Didn't think ebay sold ecigs as I did a search a week or so ago and got no results, now there are hundreds of listings...

No change in their ruling Davess . . . ecigs are still on their Prohibited List.

Depends if listings get reported or not. Sellers risk having their accounts suspended as well.

It is indeed one of ours. Although I'm fairly sure they can be used for other things than vaping so may be exempt?

Devil is in the detail most likely Dicky and how items are described . . . if it's a good seller vending decent items, then none of it bothers me personally.

You could buy two of those masks and make a pair of earrings, multifunctional as I see them.

Most of the stuff i saw was being sold as e-shisha and the liquid was all zero nicotine.I can't see what Ebay can do about that to be honest and the sellers are taking advantage of that loop hole.
In saying that i did see a few kits listed which had nicotine liquid included in the sale.
