Hi All, longtime since i popped onto this here forum, still happily vaping coming upto a year, my company shut the internet so it's hard for me to get online like to used to, but I hope your all vaping away happily.
I bought a Provari just under a year ago, had it replaced at it refused to fire properly, they company i bought it through did send me a replacement, but it's happened again a few months down the road, bascially if i do up the extender end cap tightly, it won't power or fire, where as if i leave it slightly loose it will.
I don't really fancy dealing with the company again, so I thought i would ask here if anyone has had these issues?
the batteries are only a few weeks old, been told already that it can't be them, so I can only guess it's the provari.
if all else fails I will contact provari myself, because even though I had a warranty trying to get a replacement the first time was no easy task.
any help appreciated
Cheers

I am indeed Des, i was told when replacing them they were the best to buy, so i bought them again should i be trying something else? if so then they will be heading straight back to the vendor who sold me them!

ok, that's the first thing to dismiss then, batteries are OK.
Have you tried cleaning the contacts?
If you have then the only thing I can suggest other than sending it back is to take it apart and check the battery connector to the PCB is not cracked causing a dry joint.

You need cotton buds and some isyprople acohol to clean the connection, then clean the connections on your battery and charger! I had similar issues, couldn't understand it as i was always cleaning the Provari, Lol. turned out my batteries were mucky, been working fine since
