Hi, I am a bit of a Twitter devotee and Dave Gorman mentioned E-cigs on Twitter today. Wasn't a massive mention but he does have a lot of followers. His first tweet was: They're targeting smokers&trying to sell electronic cigs outside Euston Station.I don't smoke but think I might start an e-fag habit He then followed this up with: Didn't expect to hear from so many e-cigarette devotees! I won't really be starting a habit. 139,727 people follow Dave Gorman so that is a pretty big platform. Anyway just thought I would tell you all. As they say all publicity is good publicity  |

These celebs usually have to adopt marmelised names because so many dorks pretend to be them.
I would twitter (or is it tweet?) him if I could find him.

I love Gorman. If you know the name Scylla it could be from some of the books hes written. Like Im Dave Gorman where he travelled the world looking for people called Dave Gorman. I have a mate in Uni he is Steve Gorman, but his bro is called Dave. He was contacted but declined the offer.
He also brought the googlewhack to the attention of the world.
Some of his standup/presentation is quite entertaining. Quite a funny guy.

He did the googlewhack adventure and he does the TV show Genius. He is also a stand up comedian. I get the impression a lot of people tweeted him about it by his last tweet so I would imagine somebody has pointed it out to him lol.

I remember the "I'm Dave Gorman" prog. I like his website - it's informative as opposed to self-promotional  Apparently he used to have a forum but hasn't time to run it now, so some of the members set one up - called The Gorum scylla |
