I posted about dud threads on my Vamo last week and was pointed to stealthvape for replacement top caps, which were out of stock at the time. Happy to say they are now back in stock so I ordered mine, and they still in stock if anyone else wants some. www.stealthvape.co.uk/vamo-top-cap?filter_name=vamo

sumo to add a you tube link, just copy & paste the link from the address bar straight into a post And if you want to embed it, copy the link, click on the "insert video" editor (4th from the left of the smiley) & paste the link into the pop up box

The 510 connector is what lets down the Vamo, almost useless.. I've made solid top caps for a couple of mine which are much better, only problem though if I drop it i'll probably break the atty first now lol

me ether but aldi are doing a soldering iron for £6 ish wife is getting me one tomorrow and just need a bit of practise with it can't be that hard as brother in law says that it is just like melting soft lead. You just have to make sure you take all the old solder of the wires with the iron and that u have a clean erea to sold to I have to do one for oh as the threads have all gone on that

It's very simple soldering as you're only soldering the cables back to the new topcap. There's a tiny brass screw in the underside of the cap to which you solder the negative cable and the positive to the center pin. Don't mess about too much trying to clean up the wires of old solder, they're only fine wires so you don't want to be heating them too long and they will be fine. If I can set up to take a little video I will of soldering the top caps.
