So lets have a bit of a chat. What have you been up to today? Heard any funny jokes/stories. Even if you've had a bad day, come share Well my day has been a bit boring, apart from receiving lovely vape related stuff in the post this morning. I have spent the day doing housework and playing games with my daughter. I am now drinking beer, vapeing Ry4 and Caramel and watching deadliest catch. My daughter has said 2 new words today though: Turtle and Tagliatelle, well she said Taggytelly but close enough, she's only 2!

My day has been the usual, wait for postman to see if any parts arrive. Watch a bit of TV while surfing the net and doing ebay related stuff (and people wonder why I've stuck with my username). Went part hunting for a walk round the shops and a bit of countryside with my trusty mod. Came back and started a video on how to make a switch for you guys - should be up later on. Started to cook dinner which will be a lovely pork tikka masala with rice and poppadums - Mmmmm. Will watch more TV and web surf into the wee small hours when I eventually get tired or not - then abed.
Rinse and repeat for 7 days really apart from mod building tasks randomly scattered about depending on my mood and/or parts availability.

It is quiet in here today, Collie. My day is only half over, but it's been somewhat quiet, which is the way I like it.

Hadn't realised you were in the USA Jerry! Feels strange that my day is nearly over an yours is only half way through.

How gutted!! I always seem to do that, buy something then see it in a sale a week later. It's really annoying. At least you've got one on it's way though, look on the bright side

Not done much today, been looking after the youngest (9) who is off school with a chest infection. Been searching for a bike carrier that will fit on a folding camper, not having much luck there! And generally slobbing around :-)

Stirling doesn't have a great variety though because its a small place and I plan to jaunt to Glasgow or Edinburgh soon to hunt there.

Had a bit of a dog related day as i had to go get more supplies to feed the mutts, got 12kg of chicken carcasses, and 6kg of wings and then began the non enviable task of dividing them into portions, bagging then freezing them then it was off to the vet with my 10yr old boxer who's had a sore eye for about a week, i'd been bathing it with saline but decided enough was enough as it wasn't getting any better... it wasn't good news, he has an ulcer on his cornea, common in boxers altho he's never had one before, so it's eye drops & painkillers over the weekend, then another appointment on monday to 'discuss options' which will include a scrape of the eye surface under anaesthetic, if the drops don't heal it, and she said she was doubtful that it would, given his age now it's glass of vino, SB and Cigar while dreading work at 7.30am tomorrow...

Oh Lilac (((hugs))) for your doggy. I hate it when doggies are poorly. I don't even get up at 7:30 and I have a toddler lol.
Verey, is there not anything on the tinterweb or do you have to make a jaunt to the city for it? I suppose Stirling is good being between the 2 cities. We're like that with Liverpool and Manchester.

Oh god no, I don't do mornings at all. I used to swap my early shifts for later ones lol, my team used to love me for taking all their late shifts lol.
My OH drives me mad with the snooze button he sets 2 alarms starting at 7am and then snoozes them until 7:45. Luckily i've learnt to sleep through them most of the time!

I been grafting. I finished a block paving drive today. I'm well pleased. The customer was well happy. As i was loading the van up with all me plant and tools a guy pulled up and wants me to do his drive too. Me hands are sore. And me back aches. But thats how it goes. Because my mrs is at her moms ive had to clean the rabbits out and feed em and give em all a run. Well.....they were not happy bunnies. I'm obviously not singing the right songs. My wife had told me that i have to sing to them . And i would've thought they'd have liked...Rabbit rabbit rabbit rabbit yap yap bunny bunny oooooooo you wont stop talking, why don't you give it a rest.......etc. But nope. They were not happy. Big buck even went for me. I've had to cook me own dinner (well...heat up the big sheperds pie me wife made before she went) and wash up. I'm not kidding you. I've just stopped..................playing me guitar....lol

Which reminds me of yesterday; as a treat I thought I'd cook my family some home made tagliatelle so, six eggs, 600 grams of flour, a bit of salt and oil and loads of mixing and kneading - 15 minutes of kneading to be precise - I ran it through the pasta machine and turned it into thin slices. Now, if you try to put them through the tagliatelle while still moist, they tend to stick together, so you're best drying them out a bit. So I hung them over the banister rail in our kitchen (we have stairs leading down to the kitchen) to dry. I forgot about my dog didn't I? When my back was turned he ate the lot; and I mean the lot; and he's only little. To add insult to injury it gave him bad guts and he poo pood TWICE in the dining room; all runny stuff that looked like chocolate milkshake. I'm half Japanese, and I told Scooby that he was lucky I wasn't Korean, otherwise he'd have ended up on our dinner plates. The little tyke. I'll trade him in for a cat if he does it again. >

Haha Del, My mum's rabbit doesn't like me and always kicks me. I'm not a rabbit fan, I much prefer Guinea pigs. I wouldn't have left you with tea, i'd have left you a take out menu and said kitchens there or order your own! Your mrs is a good one looking after you Least you weren't singing run rabbit run rabbit lol.
