Hi all, it's been two months today since me and Mrs Poochops gave up the tobacco!  Delighted!! and all because we had a credible alternative, I say that because I started when I was 12  and nico chewies were only ever going to leave me begrudgingly bereft! Vaping has made all the difference and we both feel like new people, we've packed in before together many times and for up to 4-5 months, but it felt like a bereavement every day which is a sad indictment I know, but really with vaping it's been fine and we've already reduced from 18mg to 12 to our home brew 10mg mixes. No plans to stop vaping soon, just to keep reducing the nic and see where we end up, and happy with that cos vaping's a bit good too! cheers Si |
