I was looking at several Candy Tootsie Roll recipes and came up with this. What's missing is White Corn Syrup. They don't make a flavoring for corn syrup.  |

Was at a 2 day vape meet this weekend.
In the middle of a vaping chat between two vaping luminaries and somehow Tootsie Rolls came up in the conversation, now somehow after living here 7 years had no idea what the hell this was and said so.
The interesting vape chat dissipated into these lovely gentlemen trying to explain it too me lol
