Still pulsating, young Joe... The recipe for the perfect Filet steak... wipe its arse, chop the horns off, and put it on my plate... if absolutely have to, show it where the grill is, but for never more than 3 seconds a side. If it's done that way, no blood follows the knife.

But Tartare is by far the best way. Other than gnawing it off the bones while the steer's still kicking, natch.

Well Netty I can certainly put you in touch with a very good fostering agency, but I'm sure after 12 months of fostering, working with children will be the last thing you'll want to do
