How stringent will licencing be? Lemsip and codeine/paracetamol cold cures, both medicines, are available OTC at pharmacies.

For all I care ban e-cigarettes Ban Them NOW
This is total farce no mention on bbc website about e liquid plus I don't use e-cigs I use a personal vaperiser, are they going to ban all personal vaperisers just look in argos or do google search for vaperiser , I had one nearly 20 years ago used to moisten air when My eldest was suffering with whooping cough , what I have in my hand now is just portable version.
Like everything else in life its down to money they (goverments) would rather we carry on smoking as they don't really give a f**k about our health ,just about how much revenue they are losing
