Ive Fallen Off the Wagon.

As the title says. Ive not posted for a while, it seems I lost my way a bit and Ive been smoking as well as vaping. A lot.

Ive had a very very stressful few weeks, no excuse I know, and Im smoking now as much as I ever did. So not only have I fallen off the wagon, the wagon crashed and the wheels fell off. Ive been a very bad girl.







I want to rebuild that wagon and get back on it. On the plus side, Ive found a favorite eliquid (apart from my GVC) and am LOVING cocomel from vape escape. Its my all day vape. Well, that and Cutters Choice.

Why am I finding it so hard to stop the stinkies? Im on quite a high nic level (20), I enjoy vaping, so WHY isnt this enough?! I was only on 2 stinkies a day, one in the morn and one at night, I was coping, doing fine, then stopped stinkies totally, for about a week. I could kick myself!

Please help me rebuild and paint a new wagon ( I wanted to hum "I was born under a wandering star then ) and get back on it.

Don't beat yourself up about it smokey..........I would say many of us on here have been there & some of us still are on occasions......you're not alone......you quit or cut right down once & you'll do it again.........circumstances, like everything in life need to be right.you have to be in the right frame of mind............you'll get all the support you want from the forum, so don't be afraid to ask for it...........

P.S.........I've got bloody Lee Marvin singing in my head now & it won't go away thanks to you......................

First of all welcome back smokeybebe, second dont worry at all about smoking, we have all been there. Positive points are you love vaping and you already have 2 all day vapes that some people never find.

Just slowly start knocking back the ciggies and see how you go. Maybe try upping the nicotine to 24mg and see how that goes?

Please remember that some people never give up completely and do both instead of just one.

I only got into vaping because of my son and he too fell off for a short while but hey he jumped back on again now,if he can do it then anyone can. Think of all the stinkies you have not smoked and keep going,baby steps.

As already said. No point in battering yourself over it. Just start asking yourself the right questions again.
Why do I want to vape instead of smoke?
Strangely for me, one of the biggest things that kept me going was how wonderful it was not to stink of cigarette smoke. Especially when my grandaughter noticed it!

I will get there again eventually, with your help. I dont think the cocomel comes in 24 nic does it? I will go have a look. Maybe a 30 would help me, or would that be too strong?

Maybe make vaping more interesting to you? Invest in a teeny new mod or tank? Customise it in some way? Get excited about it anyhow, see the positives, that normally gets me back on track better than self-flagellation
