The green goes nicely on either the steel or black Spinner I've got, IMO It's totally weird, I have favourite colour combos for my PVs! And the Evod has to match the flavour, too, or it's just wrong! I'm sure the nice men in white jackets will be coming for me soon...

I'm ashamed to say that I've also fallen off the wagon. After a smoke free six months, I was so cocky about having kicked the cigarettes that I had given away my last reserve carton of stinkies. I was down to about 4 mg nic content and thought I was finally getting over my nic addiction. Then I hit a bad patch, had no reserves of decent juice and decided to buy some cigs to get me over the hump. Now I'm back to square one. I'll have to stock up on high level nic and set a day to switch back to vaping. I'm really kicking myself because there was a radio phone-in programme today with lots of people telling their story about how ecigs had got them off the stinkies and I so wanted to phone in with my tuppence worth. I was tempted to phone and pretend that the last week hadn't happened but didn't because I would have felt such a fraud.
At least I know that I can get back on the wagon with the help of ecigs and won't have to rely on the useless patches and inhalers.

Hi Smokey and Addict! I think you will love your purple spinner, Smokey. I really love it with the purple Evod too. I'm sure everything tastes so much more satisfying when things are co-ordinated. I find getting a new mod helps me forget about the stinkies too. The postman is becoming like an old friend these days. Addict, that sounds like an interesting phone-in. Wishing you all the best with the vaping.

As the title says. Ive not posted for a while, it seems I lost my way a bit and Ive been smoking as well as vaping. A lot. Ive had a very very stressful few weeks, no excuse I know, and Im smoking now as much as I ever did. So not only have I fallen off the wagon, the wagon crashed and the wheels fell off. Ive been a very bad girl. I want to rebuild that wagon and get back on it. On the plus side, Ive found a favorite eliquid (apart from my GVC) and am LOVING cocomel from vape escape. Its my all day vape. Well, that and Cutters Choice. Why am I finding it so hard to stop the stinkies? Im on quite a high nic level (20), I enjoy vaping, so WHY isnt this enough?! I was only on 2 stinkies a day, one in the morn and one at night, I was coping, doing fine, then stopped stinkies totally, for about a week. I could kick myself! Please help me rebuild and paint a new wagon ( I wanted to hum "I was born under a wandering star then ) and get back on it. I'm guessing this has already been said before but: Don't worry, everyone has built there own wagon, we just ride together. If you feel like you have fallen off, don't worry, just brush yourself off and get back on in your own time. No one here will judge you, but we can give you a foot up if you need it. Perhaps your device or eliquid is not good enough for your needs? My advice would be to increase your nicotine dose and if you really need to, splashout on a new shiny.

At least I know that I can get back on the wagon with the help of ecigs and won't have to rely on the useless patches and inhalers. So true..you know I had a ciggie blip in april. Was down to 5mg/ml and had to up it to 26mg/ml after my ciggie blip. But now a few months later am back to 5mg/ml and not tempted. Guys who've had a ciggie blip (cos that's what it is....a ciggie blip) please don't beat yourself up. It doesn't do any good. It's not 'going down (or going back to the ciggies) that's the crime but staying down... Up the nic levels......I started at 36mg almost 2 years ago and gradually cut down..... Use mints and anything that helps. New kit - anything.. If the stress is chronic....have no worries about upping the nic levels. Nicotine is no worse than caffeine remember Hugs all Jane

Don't worry or dwell on it Addict, no one is going to stand in judgement of you on here and that applies to Smokey and anyone else who may have had a few ciggies. It isn't a crime. Whilst it's very commendable getting down to a very low strength eliquid, I do think it worth keeping a few bottles of something higher in fridge for those moments which we all have when we need more of a kick, it takes the pressure off a bit knowing you have that to fall back on maybe?
