I love spearmint but I've noticed that all of the flavouring companies do a spearmint.
Are any of them better than others? are there any I should avoid like the plague? Would you recommend putting Koolada (sp) in them as well?

I use FA spearmint - it's very good, too. Could use a little menthol or Koolada as you say though, just to get a bit of a minty blast, it's a bit odd and 'flat' without it

+1 to Jen's recommendation . . . Capella's Spearmint was a big disappointment to me, incredibly weak and what flavour there was seemed to disappear very quickly.
So I wouldn't advise that one Collie.

DV nana mint is a strong spearmint type flavour, I double it with peppermint, because I like the doublemint flavour, but alone nana mint is really flavourful, and you only need 5% to get a real blast.
