What about their juice, he was telling my dad it was this that, and the other head and shoulders above the rest, they told him it is unique. Hi siffy. The current "sales pitch" in TW shops is that the e-liquid is superior to other brands, that's why it's £5.99/£6.99 and a whopping £7.99. Of course, anything they can do (even if it's true), other companies ARE doing just as well. There are no shortage of e-liquid vendors selling British made juice with rock-solid attention to ingredients and customer care. I bought some yesterday for about £4.50. The Tornado tank is an awful system which TW continues to sell (with the help of their friends @ Joyetech) because Joyetech couldn't be bothered to get off their arses and design a proprietary clearomiser. They (Joyetech) feel they invented the "tank" system and are flogging a dead horse. If you go the Totally Wicked route, buy a kit that uses their batteries and one of their " RCS" devices. I am not anti Totally Wicked, but it drives me insane that every new vaper around here is using a bloomin "tank" system and not enjoying it much at all. I now need more than 1 hand to count the number of vapers I am trying to get onto clearomisers or, if they refuse to shop on the internet, move them over to the RCS devices. Since we got 2 TW shops around here, e-cigs have gone EPIC. However, until TW pack in the e-liquid stories and flogging expensive "tank" systems onto new customers, I'm afraid I will not be supporting them.

Am pleased to report have spoken to him, read all your posts to him and he is going with the Evod 650 kit instead. He said thanks very much for all the help, he was truly made up. He still has his duty free smokes to finish then he is going to start vaping. Am excited for him, I know once he starts he will never go back.

I still have a suitcase full of duty free tobacco. (well, strictly speaking, it's duty paid....in...um...somewhere cheap).
Try and convince him to start dual using. If I'd used all mine up I'd just have bought more....as switching overnight is kind of tough....I never managed it.

He used to work at Manchester airport so one of the flight attendants still gets him supllies. I think he has about 400 left, not sure.

400 should do it! Get him to start on about 399 to go.

Easiest starter to kit for a new user an Evod one - in the colour of their choice - preferably the 900mAh one

If he pops into vape escape then he may be able to try some juice before he buys, nothing worse than buying a juice and not liking it, so if you can't try get a small bottle first. Must start using my own advice lol

Siffy, if your Dad isn't that far away, it really would be a good idea if he pops into Vape Escape's shop. He will get far better & more honest advice than from Totally Wicked.

Thanks guys, yes he is not dealing with Totally Wicked anyone, has crossed them off his list. So glad I came here and checked for him, I really am as being a complete novice between us we hadn't the first clue.

An update....
My uncle Neil, my dads brother, has been off the stinkies for 18 months. Cold turkey, found it a challenge to get through each day. Their other brother has recently been diagnosed with NMD. Our Neil was saying to dad he really thinks he is going to crack, and have a ciggy, due to what's going on with our Andrew.
Dad was not encouraging, but just mentioned how well I am finding vaping and instead, if you do crack, of buying a packet of cigs maybe consider vaping.
Hope I don't make it sound like our Neil is being encouraged to vape, more about if he does just strongly consider the alternative.
I hope he doesn't crack, then part of me thinks it's likely he will, just by the fact he said it is likely to happen.

No Siffy, you don't make it sound like your Neil is being encouraged to vape - just very sensible advice

I've just started using my joyetech ego t kit with the cone atty. I must admit, the new design of the cartridges has improved the over all experience (less leaking or dry hits) but they do not beat a good old ce5. Not by a long shot.
I have currently got my vape easy bcc on top of my ego t (hey, my arms ache after working out with my vamo all day) and even though it looks a bit odd, the battery is just as good with the 1.8ohm atty!
Sometimes, going back to basics is not as bad as you might think.
