Hi, I've been vaping for 8 months, I really enjoy it but could never get off the cigs. Today is the first day I haven't had a cig all day . Quite happy  result . Now I can invest more money in vaping . Well done, keep it up! Did you start off with crappy gear? I know you have some decent stuff now... |

Thanks every one . Second day no cigs do far:) I can't believe I've finally done it . Already started buying better gear  . Instead of carrying a packet of cigs with I decided to carry a spare battery. Best decision ever! Thanks people |

That is really good man!
8 months is a long time. Congo for that. I'm also using the device to lower down my tobacco intake. I know its really hard to stop smoking completely but still at least we can try. Taking a Cigarette once in a while is not a big issue. Vaping is much better than having a real cigarette. So enjoy your healthy life and also aware others to stop/quit smoking as it is affecting other people also who do not smoke!

Smoked for well over 50 years. Have been vaping for over 4 months now. The very first day I vaped, I never have gone back to cigs. If you make up your mind this is what you want, you can do it. I would never have thought I could do it. I still have addictive days, but I just think about it very hard. I think smoking wouldn't be the answer anymore.

3rd day. I'm sooo happy, I do not know what made me decide to stop the fags. But I'm glad I did . Was difficult . I think in starting to get a better taste and instead of a fag first thing in the morning I wake up and start vaping. |
