I'm a bit concerned about some juice I recently made. It's not my first attempt, more like my 4th, haven't had this problem in the past. I only mix menthol flavours ie. blueberry, grape, peach, vanilla etc. mixed my last batch about one month ago but this week everything has turned really, really dark. To the point that I don't fancy vaping it. Anyone have any idea what could have gone wrong..if anything?

Some of mine change colour quite drastically Padiho . . . I don't worry about it personally. It's the interaction/infusing of the various ingredients, mixed a month ago they will have. Though I'm confused as a Menthol eliquid is clear in colour.

I suspect oxidisation has something to do with it, and isn`t a problem.
I mix up a litre at a time in two 500ml bottles, one with a nozzle spout that`s left out under the table while I use it up, and the other kept in the fridge until needed and while I only ever mix the same flavour (so don`t have anything else to compare, discolouration-wise) I also notice that they do go darker over time....
even the capped one that`s left in the fridge changes colour from almost clear to dark honey eventually, but that discolours more slowly than the one that`s left out.
Never had a problem with it.

[ Though I'm confused as a Menthol eliquid is clear in colour. [/quote] That's why I'm concerned, hmm. The vanilla and the peach have gone really, really dark, the grape and blueberry not quite as dark. Kaaru that makes me feel a bit better, dark honey is a good description. Just that my previous mixes didnt go like this

Ah . . . I see now Padiho, you're comparing these flavours to your Menthol mixes. They will be completely different. Fresh mixed Custard brews: 2 weeks steeped Custard brews:

I wouldn't worry myself Padiho, have you used a different base this time, that could also account for a difference, as could the warmer weather. Have you recycled bottles? There could be some flavouring residue that could affect the colour changes.
Menthol by itself is generally quite a clear liquid, but even that darkens over time.
