Got home just in time to watch the 3rd set... bl**dy weather conditions always disrupt my BBC signal in the summer, and it kept pixelating during the crucial moments. Nearly kicked the screen in. There's certainly been some great tennis in the semis and now the final... and I'm not a real tennis fan, but it surpassed the sport itself and was about grit and self-belief, and the human spirit... Well done Andy, Wimbledon Champion and a gorgeous girlfriend. It's not fair!  |

Wonderful tennis, how they maintain that standard in that heat beats me . . . it's been a great tournament for me anyway with a number of the favourites going out, it opened the competition up and made it a lot more interesting. Going to miss it next week now . . . when does the World Cup start?  |

It was the most nerve-racking final I've ever watched...................both players were giving it their all, felt very sorry for Novak tho, he was very gracious in defeat and all credit to him I wonder if Andy Murray has let it all sink in yet............he looked totally stunned!! to both players |
