Wanted Motivation

Managed the shopping trip!

My Dad has some walking difficulties and walks slowly, he always takes the trolley so as he has something to hold onto. Anytime I stopped to pick up some groceries for myself, by the time I'd turned back round to pop them in the trolley, he'd managed to sprint to the other end of the aisle with it

There was no point in shouting at him to come back as he's conveniently deaf as well

I know that very well...the slightest gust of wind and he runs back in like he`s been struck by lightning.

That's the problem dave   I would, but others interfere with my lethargy
