So NJOY are going for medical licencing over here while in the USA they took the FDA to court to get their cigalikes classified as a tobacco product.
Wonder what game they are playing? and how would the MHRA and FDA look at a company that insists it is selling a tobacco alternative applying for a medical licence?
They can't have it both ways.

Has anyone else noticed the amount of petrol stations flooding their forecourts with adverts next to the pumps for Nicolites? Nearly every place I have filled up lately is selling them.
