Really both option you've mentioned are fine. I've used the minerals/water stuff off ebay for a good 18 months and the boots value/care glycerine for about the same time No probs Cheaper than e-cig vendors that's for sure. Personally I prefer the the value glycerine but no worries... And I just got some PG off classikool. the only thing you have to remember with PG is it should be labelled pharma grade.... Hope that helps

I was asking about the same thing before. The care and boots value glycerin are one and the same: This is the info on the value bottle labelled BP, contains exactly the same 100% glycerol v/v. Glycerol is just another name for glycerin. dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/17971049/172473.pdfOnly thing to note is that the Boots glycerin is not necessarily vegetable glycerin. It may be animal derived. Thanks for the info. lemental. That is another thing I was wondering about. If you'd like an organic Vegetable Glycerin there's this one here Kailey: www.naturallythinking.com/products/Vegetable-Glycerine.htmlI * think * it was Greendollar who said he used it and found it to be better . . . haven't tried it yet myself as I've several litres of the Boots stuff to work through.

Good find Perps, I didnt know that VG could contain animal derivatives, just assumed that as it was called "vegetable glycerin", that it would be derived from...........vegetables.

uhmmm now been thinking this lol if you use PG nic base theres no need for PG to be added with the VG/PG mix,so basic if your using PG Nic Base,no point in buying Pg to get the percentage mix of around 70 vg/30vg unless your going for 50/50 pg /vg
maybe wrong lol but thats all i use with my mixs,as for clogging only time this seems to happen on my coils if with Cappellas Vanilla Custard the rest seem fine

Thanks for the link, Perpetua. The litre bottle seems good value. uhmmm now been thinking this lol if you use PG nic base theres no need for PG to be added with the VG/PG mix,so basic if your using PG Nic Base,no point in buying Pg to get the percentage mix of around 70 vg/30vg unless your going for 50/50 pg /vgmaybe wrong lol but thats all i use with my mixs,as for clogging only time this seems to happen on my coils if with Cappellas Vanilla Custard the rest seem fine It depends on the strength of the nic base and what percentage you want I think. I use the Juice Me Up calculator and I still seem to add some PG. I am experimenting with different ratios at the moment though so that might change. It's all still new to me so I am enjoying trying out different things to see what works for me.

You'll get there kailey....takes time... I know folk that swear by 50/50 but that never gave me enough throat hit. I've always been 70/30 or even 80/20

Play with some figures in EJMU.
