I do'nt think you can use the Trustfire charger mate as it's for 3.7v batteries, so you'll have to get the charger for the 5v batteries.

You do need the charger, but the capacity of the battery is such that you'll very likely be disappointed...

I don't know anything about the 101 but i have the 400 mah 5v batts. There is a considerable notice over a 3.7v battery. The trouble is with them, the light on the charger turns green after about a hour and a half. You think, ah, it's charged and take it off and use it for a couple of hours then it wimps out. Leave the batts on the charger all night and it's another story. They then last quite a few hours, depends on how heavy a vaper you are. No doubt, the 600mah's will last a bit longer than mine will. I use one on my GGTB with a 3.0 ohm clearo and it's a nice smooth vape.

I've been wondering for a while what a 5v battery actually was, as there isn't a "5v per cell" battery chemistry. Looking at the pics in the first link, it appears to be 4 stacked 1.2v NiMH cells - neat. Something to be aware of - NiMH cells peak at just over 1.5v, so these packs are actually capable of supplying just over 6v. The peak voltage you get out depends on the what the charger puts in, though.
