kailey and lemental i found that the iclear 30's used to leak on me when they got hot from a hard non stop 10 minute vaping session, used to happen all the time, let them cool down and that seemed to solve the problem. Guessing the seals get warped as they get hot?

imo the 16s are superior to the 30s.

I'm just glad that I am no longer the only 16 fan, I was one of their first converts, and for a while everyone went quiet when I recommended them The main problem I have is that I bought a load of replacement heads at the start, and I still haven't used them

I really like both the 16 and 30 and would replace my evods with the 16's if only they was re-buildable, tried one and took way too long to do and was a pita.

I know i could just buy heads but i like re-wicking my stuff

Any one found a video tutorial about recoiling the iclear 16. I can recoil nova's and evods but Iclear is not so Iclear to rebulid.

Firstly make sure you don't fill over the 3.0ml mark.

Take the iclear30 off your device. Stick a tissue under the bottom and blow into the iclear. It's normal for some juice to come out but this won't solve the gurgling for very long if at all, so:

Take the top cap off the iclear and blow through it hard onto a tissue. Turn the top cap upside down and you may see some juice in the outer rim. Clean that up with tissue until dry.

Get a corner of tissue and wipe the silicon cap that sits on the wicks.

Clean any juice from the connector on whichever device you're using. This is a good habit to get into every time you take a clearo/tank off.

Before you put it back together, check over the threads including those of the tank to make sure they're clean and dry.

It takes a minute but solves the gurgling every time for me. Hopefully that will cure yours When it happens again, just repeat.

(Aside note but I've also cut the notches that sit on the wick a little higher and cut smaller notches for the lower sets of wicks which helped reduce dry hits)

Also I rotate heads.  After a few fills or if i feel it's getting gunked up, I'll change the head and clean the old one under a hot running tap.  Then stick it in a glass of hot water for an hour or so before rinsing it again and allowing it to air dry ready for use when the new head needs changing.  When I do this I do take the whole iclear apart for a wash but all the rest really needs after that is to blow through the bits to remove water and a tissue dry.

Agree with above .... Find a blow through and drying the silicon top cap stops mine gurgling, normally only happens to me if I have slightly overfilled it so try to keep it just below the 3ml max line and I don't let it get below the bottom 1ml line iether

Can't find anything Stamina . . . and as Rom says, I should think it would be a PITA to do with the dual coils.

The replacement heads are quite reasonable to buy and last for ages anyway.

I cleaned up my iClear really thoroughly and today it has been working great.

I think you've hit the nail on the head there, Rosco. I've found I can make the iclear30 pretty hot in the evening. I'm going to try alternating devices a bit more.

The ones from Vapeescape are 50p more expensive than the complete unit from Fastech ...... glad I ordered a good few will just bin them when the head goes

Noticed HC sold them for the 16's and 30's ..... was kicking myself big time as I noticed it the day after they posted my order
