Bugger! New carto. Didn't prime it this time. Dripped the juice into the tank really slowly... Flooded.

Thanks, Karma No, I haven't. It's very new so there may not be any, but I'll have a look.

Can't find anything on the net. Never mind. Deep breaths. I'll get this damn thing working if it kills me. (Which it quite possibly will.) OK. Another new pre-punched Boge. This one from a new box, just in case the others were from a dodgy batch. Very carefully primed. Into the tank it goes... Wish me luck

Nope. Flooded. Ommmmmm... Right, I'm just going to put it to one side for a few days. I'm not doing anything wrong. I know how to use a carto tank. It's just that for some reason, which I cannot fathom, that tank is not working this week. Sometimes life is like that To be continued...

I find its mainly air pressure that causes my AGR tank to flood. Try filling very slowly with a very fine needle and tilting the tank on its side Thanks, @ashmal, but the AGR doesn't flood from the carto, it leaks from the base where the carto fits. I reckon it's a dodgy o-ring or poor tolerances or both The S 'n' P doesn't leak from the o-rings, but it flooded like billy-o even when I filled it really, really slowly Speaking of o-rings, I found that the ones on the SnP were too small. Tried lubricating them with juice, to no avail. Eventually managed to get a carto in by way of brute force and ignorance, but shaved a bit off the o-rings in the process! So now the o-rings are too small... and the cartos are too loose... but the tank isn't leaking... but they are flooding... Love/hate I believe the red 'O' rings that come with your SnP are a little softer & may be a little more forgiving if you've got a tight fit.

Sorry to use the 'Fasttech' word when you are having such huge problems, but I got a big DCT from them about 2 months ago and it works perfectly with Boge 45mm pre-punched cartos. No leaking, even from the base of the carto when refilling. It was only a couple of quid, and coupled with the Boge cartos, is actually my most cost-effective item of vaping gear that I currently own! (And it's full of my own VC, so even better!). Andy

On this tank: Salt & Pepper I would try to close filling holes with silicone comes with Boge's to prevent flooding.
