So with all the royal mail crap going on and people now not selling nicotine base i was just wondering where the best and cheapest place is to buy it now?

I normally buy 72mg vg base but happy to go with pg and 54mg if needed, i noticed alchemist are still selling it and with royal mail 1st class post, is it worth the risk at the moment on normal postage?
