Smok Magneto (Has Arrived!!)

Hi all, i have one of these www.celticvapes.co.uk/Smoktech_Magneto/p2086842_10014541.aspx on the way to me, i have spoke to a couple of people about this mech mod and apparently if it had a serial number on and it was made in Greece it would be around the £130 mark. full magnetic switch with reverse locking thread and full stainless steel telescope and brass contacts. It's a great price too from Gaz @ celtic Vapes, I am now postie stalking.

Nice looking little mod, apparently SMOK will do them without the big logo on them, which I think would look a bit nicer. But can you please tell us what you think of it when you do get it?

Yeh will do ukric, i personally like all the branding and designs on the mod. the only video review i have seen is daz's from safercigs, i nearly bought from him but was a lot cheaper here and possibly the cheapest i have seen

Wow, vape mail arrived today from gary @celtic vapes and it is my magneto and what a solid device, the switch on the bottom works flawlessly and does come apart for cleaning etc, the throw is not bad at all and the reverse thread locking ring is brilliant to use (not fiddly at all)i have it in 18350 mode with a protank and it is brilliant, this is my first mech device so i cant compare it with another mech because i have always had and used my eVic, here is a couple pic's. Obviously we will have to see what Todd makes of it when he gets to review it but for me it is perfect.

Looks like a nice mod - Smok are copying the Roller's packaging tho

Thanks digicig, itt is a nice device with a good weighty feel. Forgot to say it does not fire if you put it down without locking the button and it is as sturdy placed on its fire button without locking.

Todds reviewed it today and apart from the non adjustable 510 which he has tweaked now he does like it quite a lot,

I bought one of these too and it arrived today. Works a treat and looks great with an Aga-t+ on it.

The only issue I'm having with it is I can't seem to put the only SMOK atty I have, The RSST onto the Magneto. Seems to have some kind of threading issue.

My RSST fits every other mod I have and I've checked the threads on bot the magneto and RSST and both are fine too.

Anyone else having this issue with the RSST and Magneto?

Lovely little mod though.

Sorry to hear that MarkS, i cant help you there because i don't use genesis type atty's but it is a great mod. Todd didnt seem to have a problem thread wise with anything he tried apart from the non adjustable 510 which he sorted.

Yeah everything else I have fits fine except for the RSST which is made by SMOK too.

It is a nice mod.

Just stumbled upon this whilst searching, Rich can you tell me now that you have a Kayfun if it sits 100% flush when with the Kayfun?...when i say 100% i mean not even a slight gap (Sorry ocd again )

Just to add that is a polished magneto Super-Shiny not the brushed finish out the box but it is a polished kayfun as well.
