What do you use non resistant wire on, have some here just sitting about, every time I have tried to use it on a rewick job, the vamo or lavatube fail to work, thanks.

I use it in the GG rebuildables or the Vaporfreak GG clones ( Terminator/Euforia ) . . . it's not essential to use in some of the other re-wicking jobs, although I know a number of vapers do. All for as little faff as possible me Canford.

it's used for atties which have a longer distance between the centre post and the where the coil sits. Power gets to the coil without any resistance but you have to join the wires to res wire. Basically the longer the res wire, the higher the resistance
Without non-res wire, your desired resistance may not be achievable due to the extended length
Pennies, Oddy's, Killers ... generally stuff with ceramic holders. CE2 clearomisers have ceramics in them and therefore should have non-res in them.
Having said that, 3 coils on a Diver using res wire gives me 1.5 ohms so I don't bother but then the distance from post to coil isn't that far
