I'm vaping kent now, mixed at 50/50, 28mg, 1.5%, 1% ethyl maltol, 1% vape wizard. I made the mix on 22/5 and kept having a try weekly. It was nice enough @ week 3/4 but hit the spot on week 5.

the problem is taste is very subjective, and I find that with some flavours too much concentrate is as bad as too little for lack of taste.... bloody trial and error;D

yes i found that as well GunJack as what the oh likes i sometime find   and the other way round as well

Sorry I know this is old but I have a question about Kent if I may.

I am going to do Roms Black Kitten so ordered my Kent concentrate (wera gardens) I then after ordering thought to review what actual flavour it is and on LTCigs someone said it has a caramel coffee taste. Do you guys find a coffee taste coming through? I only ask as twice I have vaped coffee flavours and I really don't like to vape coffee one bit. Just thought it best to check before I make my mix on Tuesday.

It's a complex one siffy I get caramel and liqurice not coffee

That's brilliant Karma and Di, great news that there's no hint of coffee. I liked Black Cat and it was creamy and not over sweet from memory. I only stopped using it as I hit rocky times and the taste reminded me of rocky vaping times. Am looking forward to trying Roms recipe, is it very sweet? If so would you advise me to adjust the recipe at all, and if so what should I reduce in your opinion?

I have just tasted roms black cat tonight at 5% and it is to much for me, it is very concentrated. Im going to do my next mix at 2% I think.

I use Kent at 4% and caramel at 4% suits me, I don't feel the need for any more sweetness

If you want to lose the sweetness (it has undertones of sweetness) then reduce the caramel %. At 5% though you get a very strong liquorice flavouring.

Don't forget depending on what caramel you use you might not even taste the caramel, some brands are very weak even at 15% on it's own

Yeah I have a couple mate, once I got some juices in a dripper it opened up a whole new world for me lol.

I also made a dark tobbaco juice with a hint of caramel which is actually very vapable
