Evod, ProTank and mini all take the same head - the ProTank usually have a longer post - or at least did when thy 1st came out

All useful stuff, as I have just bought one to try out. I know there are videos to be watched, but has anyone had any experience of recoiling a Kanger head? Any tips or tricks - is it as easy as a Nova head, for instance? Andy

Andy Personally I think the video covering rewicking and recoiling a kanger long reach head from vapor lady lounge is the best one I have seen. She makes a tidy job of it, tweaks the original set up and covers it in enough depth for one to come away truly understanding what is needed! An even tidier and more detailed job than PB made of it! (which is saying something!) LINK
I hope it helps!

allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/threads/recent/22461Have a look at Romelee's thread in tips and tricks, I had a Protank coil go tonight which normally would have meant putting the second head on but after watching the video on Romelee's thread I had a new coil on in about 10 minutes. Dave

Had to repair a Protank this morning as after re wicking one last night it started leaking from where the glass is joined to the base so emptied it wobbled it and the base came away from the glass. Gave it an overnight denture soak, cleaned off excessive glue, put a run of Superglue on the glass pushed it back together job done. Dave

I had become lulled into feeling the Protank was somewhat invulnerable. Clearly worth having a spare on hand in case of things like this I guess.

I 've only been using it for about a week, the coil went on it last night and yet the other one I received at the same time is still on the first head after two weeks use, and as I say after re wicking it just separated but Superglue did the job though.
