Omg i really hate doing this but i have to as i dont want people go through what I went through....
Ok i made a big order to vaperus.ie was over £130 ish, i messed up on ordering t3 bases (i thought they come with coils) so before they sent me it i left two messages on the order page (you can leave them messages before they send it out) so i left two messages saying i have changed my mind and not to send me them. So they just send me them anyhow but they said they would send me some free coils....
I thought ok that's fine, after weeks waiting for them they never come, in that time i contacted them via email and i got to say they did not give a toss. Just that they sent them and she (i think it was a she) just got all snotty saying its not her fault its not down to her bla bla. anyhow they sent some more and again never got here, told them and said they going to report it to royal mail. Anyhow i finally got some in the post and omg out of 5, 3 have gone dead on me already! Im not even going to email them as i know they will say its not their problem.
I hope others did not have this problem.

Sorry to read that Judgey - all i can say is they were great when they sent me my first order. They did use a recycled envelope (which i actually appreciated) but could see how that might cause a possible problem

Hmmm...I've never had anything but brilliant service from Vaperus, with orders usually arriving the following day (when I'm in Ireland). Angela (if it was she you spoke to) has gone out of her way to help me when I'm confused, and has often popped in a little freebie with my orders, too. I'll alert her to your post (I know they're members here but may not check the forum every day) and see if she can help. Sorry you had a bad experience!

I'm also sorry to hear of your difficulties Judgey . . . it certainly isn't the service I've received from vaperus, Mark and his team also went out of their way to successfully fulfill a massive Evod group buy on the forum. Sometimes making a quick telephone call to a Vendor can be a swifter/better way of resolving any issues with an order. All approved forum Vendors display this information, normally on their ' contact us' page.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with Vaperus judgey, but I have used them once and got prompt service from them, bearing in mind I'm in Cornwall. A phone call might be in order here, I agree. Andy

Used them once with no probs,i bought 2 spinners and they came marked as pens on the envelope but they got here quickly.

I had an issue with another vendor that others simply adore. I think that a small thing can become a big thing, if you don't get prompt responses to emails. For me it was a daft issue, a couple of drip tips that for two different reasons were distinctly below par. By the time I got a response I was already ticked off from how long it took, which meant that when they didn't take me seriously, I admit I became rather angry. I have yet to reorder from them, even though their track record according to others is excellent.
I guess sometimes the planets are just out of alignment or something, but vendors beware ... a small thing can lose you a customer!

Just a small update on this, today i was wowed by 2 packets of coils from vaperus, it put a smile on my face.
