A year came and went..

Turns out it was a year ago yesterday that I started Vaping, bit of a shocker as to how quickly it went really, spent an absolute fortune on gear but not regretted any of it whatsoever.

Many thanks to Chrissie for rescuing me from another (largely US) forum and pointing me to a UK forum, the help, advice and good banter has kept me here, outstanding moderators and members through and through.

I have no doubt whatsoever that vaping has improved my health, fitness levels, breathing and the smell of my clothes / house etc. It's this year that I will start my initial plan of reducing my nic in very small dosages and stop vaping whenever i'm comfortable with the idea, although i'm in no rush as the act of vaping does give me something to do. Ive been on a diet lately and lost alot of weight which was never possible when I had stopped smoking and not vaped, I'll see where i'm at mentally once I reach my target weight.

To all the new comers to vaping, don't give up, there will be moments of frustration with things like juice not tasting good, failed equipment etc, but all these come and go, reap the savings to your finances and more importantly your health.

To those long term vapers, keep up the good work and never go back.

I too have just got year one in and am thinking along the same lines of gradually cutting down on the nic levels, but I will only do so on a very long term basis. On 24mg at the moment and will be exceedingly pleased if I get down to the 20mg mark this time next year.
I would like to be around the 12 to 14mg mark in about 5 years time but have no intention of going any lower.
