Worst part for me when i placed the order for the Trap tank that Karma teased me into buying was that i got a email back saying payment failed ...damm Natwest put a block on my account because so many transactions went through in such little time, resolved now after a quick phone call and i had to re-order the trap tank plus other items with amazon and other sites .

Just wished Natwest would phone me before putting a block on my account

I think my cards been blocked    I was trying to order something for Mr Karma from Uniqlo, it was an innocent purchase, honest

Go mad at them, it's a joke, just because of their silly system of you trying to buy something that they don't trust or some other reason it may of stopped a bill that is on direct debit going through and i am sure they won't pay the charge from your supplier for non/late payment

I said to them why don't you phone me rather than just leave it, you have our mobile and home phone number, why do i have to wait for emails to come through saying "Transaction Failed"

They replied "I don't know"
