E-Pipe batteries?

I received my E-Pipe from Fasttech today. Not sure if it is genuine or not but it looks ok so far. (Will add some pics of it later so someone who has a genuine Smoktech can compare)

Am i ok to use my Effest button top batteries upside down (button on spring) in this? If i use the battery with the button against the trigger i only have to move the trigger 1mm at best before it fires. i am no too happy with that so turned the battery around and it works much better but is it safe?

I think that should be fine stu1873 are you using protected batteries?

Don't know if you've Todd's review of the Smok e-pipe but he says you should insert the battery upside down (like you said).

Effest IMR 800mah. Are these protected?

Here are some pics of the Fasttech pipe i received today. Looks and feels ok but not sure how long a battery will last in it. will find out soon enough though as i can't put it down since i got it!

That looks nice stu1873 I don't think those batteries are protected. I always like to use protected ones in mechanical mods. Here are some
